Our lead consultant
Our lead security consultant is Karol Kowalski, a web development, security and user interface professional with more than 10 years' experience.
With detailed understanding of how web browsers interact with web applications and an expert knowledge of security issues, he has an uncanny ability to pinpoint weaknesses in online applications.
Karol has worked on projects to build many ecommerce systems and is a member of the London branch of the Open Web Applications Security Project.

Our approach to security testing is two-fold:
- We scan your site using automated tools. These give us a good overall picture of your site and should identify any common vulnerabilities.
- We supplement the automatic scans with manual testing. In effect, we approach your site as a hacker would and use our own knowledge and experience to find problems.
This approach has several benefits. The mechanical certainty of automatic testing ensures that common vulnerabilities are checked. The inclusion of a 'human element' allows us to test specific scenarios based on our own knowledge and experience.
